Strength and Conditioning for Competitive Youth Field Sports (Ages 13-18)

When: Tuesdays, Thursdays, 5-6:30 p.m. Continues through Dec. 13

Led by Napa Valley College Physical Education Department faculty member Christy Kling, this twice weekly exercise class is geared toward pre-season conditioning for young athletes involved in competitive field sports such as lacrosse, rugby, & soccer. Students will learn and practice a routine of exercises designed to increase flexibility and strength in the context of a competitive team environment. Please bring closed water bottle and comfortable exercise clothes. Class size limited. Pre-registration required. Course Code Number: 74166
