The ‘Sugar Shuttle’ is a rideshare van which allows experienced hikers to hike one-way between one of Sonoma County’s State Parks and one of its Regional Parks. Shuttle departs every-other-hour from Sugarloaf (first), and Los Alamos lot (NOT Pythian Rd). Make a reservation, ride to the trails other end, hike back. Or vice-versa! You will cross some of Sonoma County's most important creeks including critical steelhead habitat. This 7.5-mile one-way hike includes 2,000 feet of climbing, and takes ~4-5 hours. Bring sunscreen, snacks, and lots of water. $10 suggested donation/ sorry, no dogs! Parking fees apply.
