Taste of Place with Hawkes Wine

At the June Taste of Place dinner, Chef Perry will pair Hawkes wines with a one-of-a-kind four-course dinner in SHED’s Modern Grange. Jake and his family make small lots of site-specific wines that are praised for their complexity, ageability, and finesse. All their wine is sourced from three estate vineyards in Alexander Valley that boast fantastically different soil types ranging from compressed volcanic ash to red clay.
