Learn about the fifty or more species of dragonflies that inhabit the Laguna de Santa Rosa and how some of them use the flyway for migration, like birds migrating along this portion of the Pacific flyway. Take a moment to ponder, who was here first, the birds or the dragonflies? (Hint: Dragonflies were on Earth BEFORE dinosaurs. Dinosaurs became birds....) There is so much we are still learning about the Odes (short for Odonata, the order dragonflies belong to). Come and find out what we know, as well as what we are still learning about these dazzling dragonflies!
