The Bee-Friendly Garden - lecture & reception

When: Tue., Feb. 7, 6-8 p.m. 2017

Planting pollinator gardens not only ensures your vegetables, flowers and fruit trees are pollinated, but can help perpetuate plants that depend on pollination – over 80% of the world’s plants! Bee-friendly gardens are flower-filled gardens, and the same flowers that offer pollen and nectar rewards to bees offer us some of the most beautiful landscapes. Kate Frey is a noted garden designer and eloquent advocate for pollinators, and will be leading our talk.
