Tasty sensations continue with Black Truffle Risotto paired with the Family’s 2016 Bee’s Box Chardonnay. Followed by a grilled Pork Filet, the wine is a 2014 vintage, Directors’ Cut Zinfandel from the Dry Creek Valley. Chef Luca’s dramatic highlight? A Roasted Lamb Rack paired with the 2013 Directors’ Cut “Cinema”. A happy ending is Strawberry & Marzipan Tart paired with a Reserve Late Harvest Semillon from the Osborn Ranch, Alexander Valley.
