In this class you will learn how to break out of the common pattern of feeling powerless or a victim to something that has happened in your life. We will cover the stages of moving forward and rising above to see your way through it all. What does it really take to fully step out of it? You might find it is simpler than you realize. The Five Chairs Model will be presented as a representation of the stages involved, and will help with memory recollection after the class as you integrate what you have learned in your day.
