Trail running can be a great change of pace from the jog around the neighborhood. In this session we will cover what you need to get on the trail. Learn about technique, training, clothing and footwear specific to the sport of trail running. Marco, a life long trail runner, will show you first hand the postitve effects of trail running from enthusiasm to attitude to healthy body!
