Led by cemetery historian Nancy S. Brennan, this year’s tour will honor the Juarez Family, who donated the land for the cemetery. Also, watch the re-dedication of a Union Army Veteran’s grave site by the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War, and learn about the story of Mary Ellen Pleasant, “Mother of Civil Rights in California,” as told by Susheel Bibbs. Meet in front of the “Old Office” through the main gates on the north side of Coombsville Road.
