Van Hoosear Wildflower Preserve, known for one of the most incredible wildflower displays in all of Sonoma County, is a 162-acre property located at the base of Sonoma Mountain. Protected by a conservation easement, the property is not generally open to the public so take advantage of this opportunity and join Sonoma Ecology Center on a guided tour for your chance to experience the wildflowers in their spring time bloom. Participants should be prepared for a beginner to intermediate level hike. There is no charge for the outing but registration is required and spots fill quickly.
