Vinegar Workshop with Harry Rosenblum of the Brooklyn Kitchen

Catch Harry Rosenblum, author of the new book Vinegar Revival, on his cross-country vinegar revival tour. Harry will teach a class on how to make vinegar and what to do with it and will enlighten the audience on the historical perspectives on vinegar and fermentation. Every student will make and take home a jar of fruit vinegar using a vinegar mother from Harry’s collection. Harry will also lead a guided tasting on some of SHED’s favorite vinegars, discussing their flavor profiles and production methods.
