Watershed Perspectives: Shady Creek Walk Natural History walk with Laguna Foundation Staff and Guides

When: Sat., July 15, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. 2017

On hot summer days the cool shady creeks in our Laguna de Santa Rosa watershed are the perfect place for a quick walk or leisurely stroll. They support a dense, multi-story canopy of trees and shrubs that provides shade to hikers and wildlife alike. Join Laguna Foundation staff and Laguna Guides (birders and naturalists) for this delightful adventure of two lesser-known shady oases, Ducker Creek and Brush Creek trails in Santa Rosa’s Rincon Valley. The walk will be three miles long on mostly flat, unpaved and paved trails, and is suitable for adults and older teens

Price: $20
