Katie oversees production of St. Francis Winery's top selling Zinfandels, Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays as well as many of their other popular white wines. Salmon Tartar, merlot-braised short rib ragύ, Roasted Rack of Lamb and Cheese Plate highlight the menu.
