What better way to enjoy your yoga practice than out in the beautiful setting of our park, surrounded by the subtle and tranquil sounds of nature–trees rustling, birds chirping and the peaceful, strong energy of Bald mountain! All ages and levels Welcome. The event has 2-3 miles hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation. No mat necessary. Meet at the visitors center.
