What better way to enjoy your yoga practice than out in the beautiful setting of our park, surrounded by the subtle and tranquil sounds of trees rustling, birds chirping and the peaceful, strong energy of Bald Mountain! Susan Topf's Yoga Hike balances a mix of hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation. No mat necessary Yoga Hikes are 2 - 2.5 miles with several scenic stops along the way in which we will practice standing yoga poses that compliment our hiking. You can purchase tickets individually or as a series.
