Susan Topf's Yoga Hike balances a mix of hiking and gentle yoga postures, breath work and guided meditation. No mat necessary. Please wear weather appropriate clothing to feel comfortable being in a natural setting. Yoga Hikes are 2 - 2.5 miles with several scenic stops along the way in which we will practice standing yoga poses that compliment our hiking.
